Projects: Reconstruction of power supply at the Uzen Oil Pumping Station of the Mangystau Oil and Gas Production Department
2021
The reconstruction of the power supply system at the Uzen Oil Pumping Station of the Mangystau Oil and Gas Production Department includes a set of activities aimed at improving the reliability and safety of the facility’s power supply system.
As part of the reconstruction, installation and replacement of electrical network components are carried out, cable routes are installed using cable trays, and separate pulling of power and control cables at height is performed. Installation of cable trays is executed along existing and newly installed steel structures in accordance with design elevations, Electrical Installation Code (PUE) requirements, and industrial safety standards.
Cable pulling is performed separately from tray installation, using lifting mechanisms, temporary supports, and personal protective equipment. Cables are laid and secured with compliance to permissible bending radii, proper identification, and mechanical protection requirements.
All works are performed under active production conditions in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, fire safety requirements, and the customer’s technological standards, followed by quality control and acceptance of the completed works.
