The project includes a comprehensive scope of works for the maintenance and modernization of the North Caspian Oil Spill Response Environmental Base (NCOSREB) in Damba village, Atyrau region. The works involve site preparation, foundation pouring for a modular installation, assembly of a container-type modular building, and installation of modern water treatment equipment with a capacity of 2 m³/h.

The facility serves as an oil spill response center, an animal rehabilitation center, a training center for personnel, and an ecological monitoring hub. Works include connection to water supply and electricity, installation of filtration, aeration, reverse osmosis, ultraviolet disinfection, and pumping systems.

Safety, environmental protection, and fire safety are prioritized. Personnel training is conducted in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. The project ensures quality control, accurate as-built documentation, and full compliance with the approved design documentation.
