Water Supply Network Section Head

Organize and manage operational and production activities of the water supply network section.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction, maintenance, and operation of external water supply systems.

Ensure uninterrupted operation of water supply systems and timely emergency response.

Monitor compliance with technological processes and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) requirements.

Liaise with contractors, client representatives, and regulatory authorities.

Maintain production documentation, reports, and as-built drawings.

Control quality, scope, and deadlines of performed works.

Lead site personnel, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

Higher or vocational education in Water Supply & Sewerage, Civil Engineering, or Utility Networks.

3–5 years of experience in water supply networks; supervisory experience preferred.

Knowledge of construction standards and pipeline installation/repair technologies.

Ability to read design and as-built documentation.

Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD is an advantage.

Strong leadership, responsibility, and organizational skills.
