"Current repairs of the electrical network in the village of Kurmangazy, Kurmangazy district, Atyrau region."

The project site is located within the Kurmangazy rural district of the Kurmangazy district, Atyrau region. The electricity consumers connected to the designed 0.4 kV overhead line (VL-0.4kV) are: Zheryuyk, Orkeniet, Shattyk, Nurly, Keruen streets. To ensure reliable power supply to the designed facility, the project provides for the following: Dismantling and installation of VL-0.4kV supports using reinforced concrete poles of the SV-105 and SV-95 types. The total length of VL-10kV and VL-0.4kV lines is 16.9 km. The designed VL-10kV and VL-0.4kV overhead lines are installed on reinforced concrete poles of the SV-105 and SV-95 types, using the following conductors: AS-50 – 400 meters, SIP-4x50 – 7,350 meters, SIP-2x16 – 9,470 meters. The underground parts of the SV-105 and SV-95 poles shall be protected against corrosion up to 0.5 m above ground level by a mastic coating.

The facility is the reconstruction of the summer water pipeline located in Zhalgansai village, Makhambet district, Atyrau region. The facility is intended to expand and improve the operational performance of the irrigation system of Zhalgansai settlement in the Makhambet district of the Atyrau region. Water intake is carried out from the Zhaiyk River by means of a floating pumping station, after which water is supplied to consumers through polyethylene pipelines. The length of the summer water pipeline in Zhalgansai village is 16.133 km. The standard soil freezing depth is 1.35 m. The base for the water supply network is natural soil. The project provides for the reconstruction of the existing summer irrigation water pipeline in Zhalgansai village, Makhambet district, Atyrau region. Currently, irrigation is supplied from the Ural River using a floating pumping station equipped with two pumps 1K100-65-200 (1 operating, 1 standby) through steel pipelines with diameters of DN 150 mm and DN 100 mm. The steel pipelines are subject to dismantling with subsequent replacement by PE pipelines.

The designed site is located within the boundaries of the settlement of Zhalgansai, Makhambet district, Atyrau region, in the central part of the village. At present, the territory is developed with existing buildings. The existing terrain within the site is formed with a gentle slope from the northeast to the southwest. The elevation difference within the site ranges from −17.90 to −19.60, with a total difference of 1.70 m. The territory is fenced with a reinforced concrete and metal mesh fence with a height of H = 2.03 m. One access entrance to the site is provided from the street side. The following zones are provided within the site: utility zone. The utility zone includes: Capital repair – checkpoint (KPP); Capital repair – boiler house; Capital repair – pumping station; Capital repair – water treatment facilities; Capital repair – reservoirs of 200 m³; Designed diesel power station (DES); Existing transformer; First-lift pumping station (PNS); Existing cesspit; Designed site for bank protection.

The project site is located in Miyaly village, Kyzylkoga district, Atyrau region. The electricity consumers in the Moltek-3 and Moltek-4 microdistricts, connected to the designed VL-10kV and VL-0.4kV overhead lines, are: Moltek-3 and Moltek-4 microdistricts. To ensure reliable power supply to the designed facility, the project provides for: dismantling and installation of VL-10kV and VL-0.4kV supports using reinforced concrete poles of the SV-105 and SV-95 types. The total length of the VL-10kV and VL-0.4kV lines is 72.73 km. The designed VL-10kV and VL-0.4kV lines are installed on reinforced concrete poles of the SV-105 and SV-95 types, using the following conductors: AS-70 — 72,100 meters; SIP-3 — 630 meters. Pin-type insulators of the ShF-20-8 and TF-2001 types are used on intermediate supports. The underground parts of the SV-105 and SV-95 poles shall be protected against corrosion up to 0.5 m above ground level with a mastic coating.

The project included a комплекс scope of works for replacing signal cables of drainage tank level sensors, manhole covers, and upgrading the video surveillance system at the North Caspian Oil Spill Response Environmental Base. The works were carried out as part of the 11th construction phase in Damba settlement, Atyrau region. The project involved dismantling obsolete equipment and phased installation of a new video surveillance system without interrupting facility operations. Cable racks were installed, cables were laid, and level and temperature sensors were mounted. All works were performed in compliance with industrial, fire, and environmental safety standards. The project enhances the reliability, safety, and operational efficiency of the facility.

The project includes a comprehensive scope of works for the maintenance and modernization of the North Caspian Oil Spill Response Environmental Base (NCOSREB) in Damba village, Atyrau region. The works involve site preparation, foundation pouring for a modular installation, assembly of a container-type modular building, and installation of modern water treatment equipment with a capacity of 2 m³/h. The facility serves as an oil spill response center, an animal rehabilitation center, a training center for personnel, and an ecological monitoring hub. Works include connection to water supply and electricity, installation of filtration, aeration, reverse osmosis, ultraviolet disinfection, and pumping systems. Safety, environmental protection, and fire safety are prioritized. Personnel training is conducted in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. The project ensures quality control, accurate as-built documentation, and full compliance with the approved design documentation.

Works include floor repair and painting with epoxy-polyurethane coating, including sealing of expansion joints. The base is designed for oil spill response, animal rehabilitation, and staff training. We ensure high-quality, durable flooring and equipment protection. All works are performed following safety and environmental standards. Modern materials and technologies are used. Personnel have completed the necessary training. Construction is carried out with minimal environmental impact.

The project includes installation of pumping stations with a capacity of at least 300 m³/h and a 37 kW electric motor. A high-pressure main pipeline of 2,004 m (d-160 mm) and a medium-pressure pipeline of 1,800 m (d-110 mm) will be laid. A 0.4 kV power supply line of 350 m with reinforced concrete poles will be installed. A 20 m² site will be prepared, a 12 m² concrete foundation constructed, and the required equipment, including a three-phase meter, will be installed.

Construction of a 6 kV Overhead Power Line in the Koshkar Microdistrict

The project involves the construction of a 6 kV overhead power transmission line at the Koshkar oil field in the Atyrau region. The main objective is to ensure reliable and uninterrupted power supply for oil production and auxiliary facilities. The scope of work includes installation of reinforced concrete poles, cross-arms, insulators, and SIP-3 insulated conductors. Grounding systems and anti-corrosion protection of underground pole sections are provided. The project also includes cable laying and installation of a 6 kV KRN-IV switchgear unit. All construction works are carried out in compliance with applicable building codes, electrical regulations, and national standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Special attention is paid to occupational health, industrial safety, and fire protection. Construction activities involve the use of specialized machinery and qualified personnel. Quality control is performed at all stages with proper execution documentation. Implementation of the project will improve power supply reliability and operational safety of the facility.

External power supply, 10 kV overhead power line from the PS-110/10 kV substation (in the SVHG area) to the SRG facility

The project предусматриes the construction of a double-circuit 10 kV overhead transmission line (OHL-10 kV) from the 110/10 kV substation (in the SVHG area) to the SRG facility. At the power intake point, a single-section 10 kV indoor switchgear (10 kV ISG) and a step-down power transformer TMH-1000/10/0.4 kV with a capacity of 1000 kVA will be installed to supply electricity to SRG consumers. The construction site is located in Zhylyoi District of Atyrau Region, Republic of Kazakhstan. The distance to Atyrau city is 375 km and to Kulsary city is 135 km. The climatic construction zone is IVg, and the road-climatic zone is V (according to the Opornaya meteorological station data). Construction works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved design documentation, СН RK 1.03-00-2011 “Construction Production. Organization of Construction of Enterprises, Buildings and Structures,” the Electrical Installation Code (PUE), and other applicable regulatory requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The project provides for the organization of a cargo transportation route for facilities in the northeastern part of the Caspian Sea. The works are aimed at ensuring uninterrupted logistics of construction and technological materials. The project includes external power supply for production facilities. Power supply is provided via a 10 kV overhead transmission line from the 110/10 kV substation located in the SVHG area. The overhead line ensures a stable electricity supply to the SRG facility. Project solutions are developed considering the natural, climatic, and engineering conditions of the region. All works comply with the applicable regulatory requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Special attention is given to industrial, environmental, and fire safety issues. Specialized equipment and qualified personnel are involved in project implementation. The project enhances infrastructure reliability and operational efficiency of the facilities.

Reconstruction of power supply at the Uzen Oil Pumping Station of the Mangystau Oil and Gas Production Department

The reconstruction of the power supply system at the Uzen Oil Pumping Station of the Mangystau Oil and Gas Production Department includes a set of activities aimed at improving the reliability and safety of the facility’s power supply system. As part of the reconstruction, installation and replacement of electrical network components are carried out, cable routes are installed using cable trays, and separate pulling of power and control cables at height is performed. Installation of cable trays is executed along existing and newly installed steel structures in accordance with design elevations, Electrical Installation Code (PUE) requirements, and industrial safety standards. Cable pulling is performed separately from tray installation, using lifting mechanisms, temporary supports, and personal protective equipment. Cables are laid and secured with compliance to permissible bending radii, proper identification, and mechanical protection requirements. All works are performed under active production conditions in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, fire safety requirements, and the customer’s technological standards, followed by quality control and acceptance of the completed works.

Reconstruction of the SO and D launcher chamber of the Uzen–Atyrau–Samara oil pipeline at the CTO facility (ANU area)” includes a set of construction, installation, and technological works aimed at improving the reliability and operational safety of the oil pipeline. Within the scope of the project, dismantling of obsolete equipment is performed, followed by reconstruction of the SO and D launcher chamber, installation of pipelines, shut-off valves, and steel structures, as well as restoration of building structures. Sand retention works along the Kobyakovo–Zaburyn canal in the Isatay District of the Atyrau Region are aimed at preventing silting and sand accumulation caused by wind and water erosion. Implementation of these measures ensures preservation of the canal’s design parameters, stability of the canal banks, and increased reliability of the hydraulic structure. The scope of work includes installation of sand retention structures, reinforcement of the coastal zone, and implementation of engineering measures to protect the area from adverse natural impacts. All works are carried out with consideration of local climatic and hydrological conditions and in compliance with environmental protection requirements. As a result, uninterrupted operation of the canal is ensured and future maintenance costs are reduced.

The Work Execution Plan has been developed to perform a full scope of construction and electrical installation works for the project “Power Supply of the Zhanakorgan–Shalkiya Mine Water Pipeline Facilities.” The works include construction of 35 kV overhead transmission lines, installation of 35 kV cable lines, pole erection, conductor stringing, grounding installation, power cable laying, cable joint installation, and commissioning tests. All works shall be performed in accordance with the design documentation, Electrical Installation Rules, construction standards, and applicable regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The works will be carried out using specialized machinery, equipment, and personal protective equipment in full compliance with occupational health, industrial safety, fire safety, and environmental protection requirements. The Client is JSC “Shalkiya Zinc LTD”.

The works are performed by a qualified crew using the required machinery, equipment, and personal protective equipment, in compliance with occupational health and safety, fire safety, and environmental regulations. The full cycle includes preparatory activities, execution of the main works, and final site cleaning with disposal of waste at designated locations.

Construction of 1.3 km of drinking water pipeline for 17 houses in Shokpartogay village, Zhylyoi district

The project included the construction of 1.3 km of intra-settlement drinking water pipelines to supply 17 residential houses in Shokpartogay village, Zhylyoi district, Atyrau region. The scope of work included installation of polyethylene water pipelines of various diameters (Ø110 mm, Ø63 mm and Ø32 mm), as well as installation of a Ø315 mm protective casing. Reinforced concrete water wells with diameters of 1500 mm and 1000 mm were constructed, and shut-off valves, an air valve, control valves, fittings, flange connections, and individual water meters were installed for consumers. The project covered the full cycle of construction and installation works including route preparation, earthworks, pipeline laying, installation of valves and equipment, construction of wells, system testing, and commissioning. The implementation of the project ensured reliable access to centralized drinking water supply for local residents.

The project предусматривает construction and earthworks for deepening the Kushum River bank (Stage III) within the territory of the state hunting farm. The works are aimed at improving the hydrological condition of the riverbank area, clearing the channel, and ensuring bank stability. The scope includes preparatory activities such as mobilization of personnel and machinery, geodetic layout, installation of safety fencing, and construction of temporary access roads. The main works include excavation of soil from underwater areas, removal of silt deposits and reed vegetation, dismantling of existing structures, loading and hauling of soil to designated dumping areas, followed by grading and land reclamation. The works are performed using specialized equipment (excavators, bulldozers, dump trucks, and support vehicles) in compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental requirements, with final preparation of as-built documentation and handover of the facility to the client.

This Method Statement (Construction Work Execution Plan) has been developed for the crossing of a 10 kV overhead power line with railway tracks as part of the construction of engineering and utility infrastructure (power supply) in Kigash village, Kurmangazy district, Atyrau region. The project includes a full scope of preparatory, earthworks, and electrical installation activities, including drilling of foundation pits, installation of extended reinforced-concrete poles type SV 164-12, backfilling with layer-by-layer compaction, and stringing of AS-50 conductors with installation of insulators. The works will be carried out using specialized machinery, lifting equipment, and construction tools in compliance with the construction regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, electrical safety rules, occupational health requirements, and fire safety standards. Special attention is given to safe execution of works within the railway zone, protection of existing communications, signaling and telecommunication lines, and ensuring uninterrupted railway operation. All works will be performed under a work permit system and supervised by responsible engineers and representatives of operating organizations.
